Introducing Swell Finacial

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege and opportunity to work with just about every shape and size of financial firm out there: from big, corporate giants to small, private independent wealth firms.  Some charged clients commission, some were fee-only, and some were a combination of the two.

More than a decade later, my collective experiences have allowed me to arrive at the conclusion that:

  • Smaller is better when it comes to serving clients

  • Specialists can provide more value and expert-level knowledge than generalists

  • Good financial planning requires more than an annual check-in and a review of your investments.

  • Work-Life Balance and Mental Health should apply to clients and planners alike

Everywhere I went, advisors were measured (and promoted) by how many new clients they could sign, the amount of money they managed, and the total amount of new business they produced.

They measured and ranked clients solely by how much money they had.

Something about this just didn’t sit right with me, so naturally, I took to Social Media:

Clients deserved more.

More from their advisor, more attention to their entire financial picture, and more buy-in and engagement to drive real change.

And that’s when it hit me …

IF SOMETHING DOESN’T EXIST IN THIS WORLD, IT IS YOUR JOB TO CREATE IT —

Swell Financial started with a thought …
and that thought grew into a feeling and manifested into the endless pursuit of designing a planning firm centered around working exclusively with a smaller number of clients.

To double down on this, I’ve made the decision to limit the number of relationships Swell Financial will be working with to one-hundred families so that each relationship can get the planning expertise, care, and attention they need and deserve.

Swell Financial specializes in helping people over the Age of 55 pay less in taxes in retirement

To design an experience clients have long deserved, I’ve interviewed countless “solo” planners, fellow CFP’s and strategic coaches to learn about how they did it and made it possible. I have diligently researched every possible detail – what technology to incorporate, which consultants to leverage, organizations to join and investment managers to use.

By choosing to focus on one type of client, this decision has allowed us to provide unparalleled financial advice and provide expert financial advice relating to all things retirement.

Our Retirement Ready Process begins laying the foundation 5-10 years before retirement by putting in place proactive tax strategies and learning how to invest smarter.

Who we do our best work with:
✅ Individuals and Families over the Age of 55
✅ Seeking retirement within the next 5-10 years

✅Focused on paying less taxes in retirement and wanting to make work optional

✅ Those who can see the value of advice and delegate to a team of trusted professionals like CFP's, CPA's and Estate Planning Attorneys.

Are you ready to experience a financial firm built specifically for you?
